Personal data

No cookies, no audience measurement
This site sets no cookies, uses no trackers or audience measurement tools, and loads no third-party resources. There is nothing to accept or refuse.
Server logs
For the security of the site, the server records for each request the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the technical information the browser sends with it (browser used, referring page, language). Legal basis: the legitimate interest in protecting the site (GDPR, article 6(1)(f)). These logs stay on the server, with the host, and are deleted after six months at most. To protect the form, an IP address that sends it too often will be temporarily blocked.
Your messages
The contact form passes your name, your company, your email address and your message to my customer management tool (Odoo), hosted on the same server. They are used only to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare and follow up our work together (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest). The same applies if you write to the address above; the mailbox is hosted by OVH. These data are neither passed on nor used for any other purpose, and are kept for three years after our last exchange, unless the law requires longer, as it does for invoices.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted, by saying so through the contact form with the subject “Access, correction or deletion of my personal data”. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
